    Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology issued measures on the 12th to support the operation
    of industrial economy in stages.
    The measures propose that Shenzhen will expand the production capacity of medical devices and drugs for treatment, and provide support
    in terms of enterprise financing needs and technical transformation of production lines.
     
    The measures include five aspects
    : encouraging enterprises to expand production and efficiency, helping enterprises develop markets, creating demonstration application scenarios, expanding the production capacity of medical devices and drugs, and strengthening enterprise services.
     
    The measure proposes that Shenzhen will include enterprises undertaking the production tasks of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation machines, ventilators, oxygen generators, nasal high-flow humidification therapy instruments, gamma globulin and other production tasks into the white list for key support, and make every effort to coordinate and ensure the continuous production
    of whitelisted enterprises and their core supplier enterprises.
    Organize financial institutions to connect with whitelisted enterprises and fully meet the financing needs
    of enterprises.
     
    In terms of strengthening enterprise services, the measures propose to help industrial enterprises timely do a good job in production connection and the guarantee of water, electricity, oil, gas, communications, transportation and other factors

    Support enterprises to strengthen the reserve of epidemic prevention materials such as antipyretic and analgesics, masks, antigen reagents, and disinfectants, and ensure the reasonable material needs and medical
    treatment of front-line employees who arrive at work normally.
     
    The measures will take effect from the date of issuance and will be valid until June 30, 2023
