from the public.

It is clear that the proposed naming method of the chemical park is: administrative district + place name (or font size) where the area is located + chemical park

An industrial park to be declared as a chemical park should meet 14 conditions
.
The park management agency shall, in accordance with relevant provisions, carry out work such as risk demonstration of the park's external dangerous goods transportation, and build special parking lots for hazardous chemical vehicles as needed to prevent the accumulation
of safety risks.
In addition, the Draft also clarifies
the preparation of overall plans and industrial plans, and the emergency rescue system for production safety.

Where the designation of a chemical park is cancelled, it is proposed to strictly supervise rectification in accordance with laws and regulations in accordance with the principle of territoriality and in accordance with relevant requirements

During the rectification period, no new construction, renovation or expansion of chemical projects (except for safety, environmental protection, energy saving and intelligent transformation projects)
shall be permitted.
If the requirements are still not met after rectification, they shall be closed down and transferred according to law, and the park shall be transformed

Parks where the chemical industry is concentrated that are not recognized as chemical parks shall not be allowed to build, renovate or expand chemical projects (except for safety, environmental protection, energy conservation and intelligent transformation projects), strengthen supervision in accordance with laws and regulations in accordance with the principle of territoriality, strictly access industrial projects, and strengthen construction and rectification
