The project was named the first prize of scientific and technological progress of the Autonomous Region in 2019.The project relies on its own intellectual property rights original lactic acid bacteria species resource bank, developed a high density culture technology of lactic acid bacteria, breakthrough lactic acid bacteria screening technology backward and low number of live bacteria, poor storage stability of the technical bottleneck, to achieve large-scale promotion and application.china's lactic acid bacteria industry market potential is huge, with a broad application space. In addition to yogurt and other food fields, lactic acid bacteria and micro-ecological preparations in livestock and poultry breeding, silage feed and other industries also have great application space and market potential.
