Production Method

• Weigh deionized water in proportion, slowly add fiber rope at 300~500r/min speed, and disperse for 5~15min;
• Then put in the dispersant, wetting agent, defoamer①, and preservative in sequence; adjust the speed to 600~1000r/min, and put in nano pearl powder, pigments and fillers in sequence;
• Disperse at a high speed of 1200~1500r/min for 10~60min, and the quality inspection fineness is ≤50μm;
• Then reduce the rotation speed to 300~800r/min, put in the preservative, defoamer ②, VAE emulsion, 10% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution in turn, put the thickener to disperse evenly, and get the finished product after filtration.
