    Sri Lanka’s “Daily Mirror” reported on June 23 that Sri Lanka’s Cabinet Spokesperson and Minister of Mass Media Rambuvira stated that due to domestic rice hoarding , the Cabinet decided to import 100,000 tons of rice to curb rising domestic rice prices.
