    Norway exported 9,287 tonnes of dried cod in October, worth NOK 709 million, down 16% year-on-year, while exports increased 12% year-on-year, with Portugal, Brazil and Dominica being the main
    buyers.
     
    Portugal is Norway's main export destination for dried cod, exporting 3,000 tonnes in October, compared to 17,100 tonnes
    in the previous 10 months.
     
    Norwegian exports of salted cod amounted to 1,714 tonnes in October, down 28% and 7% year-on-year, respectively, with Portugal, Italy and Greece being the main destinations, with export prices of NOK 75 per kg, up NOK 2
    month-on-month.
     
    Norway exported 570 tonnes of stockfish in October, worth NOK 146 million, down 16% year-on-year, while exports increased by 31% year-on-year, with Italy, the United States and Croatia being the main buyers

    Norwegian stockfish exports to Italy rose 32% year-on-year to NOK 23 million in October, with exports of 353 tonnes, down 1%
    month-on-month.
