01, high-performance heavy anti-corrosion fluorocarbon paint development
summary: the use of 3 different fluorine resins as a base, by changing the P/B and NCO/OH ratio, prepared a different paint matching plate. After a comparative study of boiling water resistance, acid-alkaline resistance and artificial climate aging performance, the preparation parameters of fluorocarbon paint for high-performance heavy anti-corrosion were drawn.

02, natural gas pipeline with double-layer powder coating preparation and application research
abstract: study of natural gas pipeline with double-layer powder coating compositionThe bottom layer is made of epoxy resin and diocyanamide curing agent as the main film, and the surface layer is made of polyester resin and TGIC curing agent as the main film, which is compounded with various pigments, fillers and additives. The factors such as the screening of epoxy resin of the underlying powder coating, the amount of adhesion promoter, the screening of polyester resin of the surface powder coating, the particle size of the product, the geling time and the construction process are discussed. Can achieve a roasting two coating construction methods. The prepared double-layer powder coating is solvent-free, low application energy consumption and high coating efficiency, and is a green product in line with the RoHS Directive, which can meet the application of natural gas pipeline powder coating customers with high requirements for corrosion and weather resistance.

0 4. Study on the preparation and performance of water-based acrylic dispersion at room temperature
Abstract: Water-based acrylic resin shows excellent performance in light resistance, weather resistance, color and so on, but there are still obvious deficiencies in film drying speed, water resistance and storage and transportation stability. In view of the above problems, based on the cross-linking of ketones and using the method of free-based co-ion, the self-interlinking water-based acrylic dispersion at room temperature was prepared. Fourier-converted infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis confirmed that diacetone acrylamide (DAAM) and hetdiacid diamide (ADH) had a cross-linking reaction at room temperature, and studied cross-online therapies; The resin coating film added to the DAAM/ADH crosslinking system has higher glass transition temperature (Tg) and thermal stability, and within the study range, with the increase of crosslinking agent dosage, the absorbent of synthetic resin is first reduced and then increased, the crosslinking degree, hardness and fracture strength are gradually increased, and the elongation rate is reduced.

05, VOCs new technology for governance - rotary RTO
Summary: Industrial organic exhaust gas is one of the main causes of air pollution today. In recent years, the country's environmental governance efforts are increasing, the standard requirements for organic emissions are also higher and higher, many local governments have issued local regulations, organic emissions have set more stringent standards, most areas require VOCs emission concentration of less than 30 mg/m3. Under the high standard policy, the technical performance requirements of organic exhaust gas treatment equipment have also been greatly improved. This paper introduces the working principle and main performance index of rotary heat storage thermal incinerator (RTO) and analyzes the advantages of RTO.
