    9. Research on the thickness of the expanded fire protection coating of steel structure
    Abstract: Marine steel structure and petrochemical steel structure modular plant are high fire risk areas, when a fire occurs, in order to win fire fighting and personnel escape time, fire protection coatings in passive fire prevention methods are widely used. This paper analyzes the reasons, basic characteristics and flame retardant structure of expansion-type fire protection coating, and focuses on the factors and methods involved in the design of fire-resistant coating thickness, which provides reference for the relevant staff engaged in the design of fire-resistant coating thickness in the modular plant of marine steel structure and petrochemical steel structure.

    10. Coal coolin Preparation and its application research in coatings
    Abstract: coal-based kaolin ore as raw material, propylene triol as a layering agent, the use of ultrasonic auxiliary liquid phase insertion process, by wet ball grinding, spray drying, cyclone separation, roasting and preparation of coal-based kaolin, and its micromorphological appearance was characterizedThe resulting coal-based kaolin as raw material for the preparation of water-based epoxy interior wall imitation porcelain paint, and similar products on the market for comparative research, the use of whiteness meter, reflectivity meter, ultraviolet light exposure, hot and cold circulation, wash-resistant brush to determine the properties of the coating. The results show that the shape, granularity, whiteness and titanium white powder of Kaolin, which are prepared by ultrasonic auxiliary liquid phase insertion, are similar in shape, grain, whiteness and titanium dioxide, which is better than that of similar products on the market, and achieves synergy effect when preparing coatings by mass ratio of 4:6, and achieves synergy effect, which can significantly reduce the cost of coating in whiteness, covering force, UV resistance, dry wipe resistance, and heat and cold cycle.

    11. Preparation of polyphenylamine-graphene composite nanofillers and their application in water-based anti-corrosion coatings
    Summary: Graphene as the base, chemical oxidation method to make polyphenylamine composite on its surface, preparation of polyphenylamine-graphene composite nanomaterials, the use of XRD, SEM and its structure and shape research. It is added as a functional filler to the self-drying water-based epoxy resin to obtain a composite water-based anti-corrosion coating. The effect of composite nanomaterial addition and polyphenylamine and graphene mass ratio on the properties of the resulting paint film was studied. The results show that the passivation effect of polyphenylamine on metal substrate and the barrier effect of sheet graphene can improve the corrosion resistance of water-based epoxy resin more effectively, control the appropriate addition and composition of composite nanomaterials, and prepare functional environmental protection anti-corrosion coatings with excellent performance.

    12. Zinc magnesium coating new hot galvanized steel plate and coating matching research
    summary: introduced the zinc magnesium coating steel plate and coating matching situation, mainly from zinc magnesium coated steel plate material characteristics, laboratory and coating matching corrosion and appearance performance, as well as the appearance of the online test process analysis. It was found that the zinc-magnesium coated steel plate had a significant effect in improving the corrosion resistance and appearance of the coating, which could effectively reduce the amount of galvanizing and the demand for electrophoresis grinding. It is of positive significance to reduce costs and improve the matching performance with the coating-free process and film pre-treatment technology.
