research on the preparation and performance of high-UV reflective pigments and thermally controlled coatings
    Abstract:
For the high absorption of traditional thermally controlled coatings in the UV band, with zirconium zirconium, nano-zinc oxide and median material SBA-1 15 As raw material, a high UV-reflected thermally controlled pigment is prepared by high temperature sintering, which is combined with the inorganic binder potassium silicate or organic binder epoxy modified silicone resin to produce a low suction spoke ratio (α
    s
/ε) thermal control coating. The results showed that the reflectivity of the UV-band of the thermally controlled coating made of ZnO/SBA-15 and potassium silicate exceeded 0.90 and the spoke absorption ratio was less than 0.08. The micromorphological, optical and weather resistance studies of pigments and thermally controlled coatings show that such thermally controlled coatings have excellent optical properties and strong environmental adaptability

Reversible Addition - Break Chain Transfer Polymerization Preparation Water-based acrylate emulsions and their properties Research
    Abstract:
Chain transfer agents with N-adhesive isopropylate (CCBD) and N-amine-based methyl methyl Malay acid (NCMA), Acrylates (BA) and acrylic acid (AA) are monoliths, and water-based acrylate emulsions (PA) are prepared by reversible addition-break chain transfer polymerization (RAFT) and the structure of PA is characterized. The effects of CCCBD dosing, ammonium persulphate (APS) dosing and reaction time on impact resistance were examined, and the application performance test of PA prepared under optimal conditions was carried out. The results showed that the optimal conditions were 4.0h reaction time, 0.5% of CCBD dosing (molar fraction), and 5% (mole fraction) of APS usage. Pa, based on optimal reaction conditions, has excellent comprehensive performance.

Graphene modified underwater construction curing solvent-free oxygenproof coating development
    Abstract:
According to the characteristics and requirements of underwater construction curing anti-corrosion coating, bisphenol A liquid epoxy and bisphenol F liquid epoxy as the main base, the choice of fatamine B and lipid cyclamine A as curing agent, phthalates shrink glycelin ether as active thinner prepared a graphene modified underwater construction solidified solvent epoxy anti-corrosion coating. Using air spray legal preparation model, the dry film thickness can reach (23± 2) sm, and then its performance test. The experimental results show that the coating has good adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance, and the underwater construction is convenient, can be used in water and high temperature, high humidity, rust can not be removed from the harsh environment of large-scale facilities maintenance and new construction, full underwater use of the comprehensive performance of the coating requirements.

Rapeseed oil-based UV curing coating film preparation and performance research
    Abstract:
Using rapeseed oil, -based ethanol, acrylic chlorine as raw materials, through a series of reactions such as -based-ene addition, esterification, etc. synthesized rapeseed oil-based polyene compounds, so that it and different levels of sulfur alcohol monobolic solidified into UV-cured coating film, to explore the effect of thiol monosyl on UV curing film performance. The effects of trihydroxymethyl propane triacrylates (TMPTA) on the properties of rapeseed oil-based UV curing coating film were also explored. The performance of monosome structures and coatings is characterized by nuclear magnetism (1
HNMR), infrared (FT-IR), thermal weight analysis (TGA), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The results showed that with the increase of the function of thiol monomer, the crosslink density of UV curing coating film increased, and the temperature of pencil hardness, module, stretch strength, fracture elongation and glass transformation increased. In addition, the experimental results also prove that TMPTA as an active thinner can improve the mechanical properties and thermal stability of rapeseed oil-based UV curing coating film.

Freeze-thaw Stability of Nuclear Shell Phenyl propylene Emulsion
    Summary:
The phenylpropyl emulsion with nuclear shell structure was legally synthesized using semi-continuous emulsion, and the effect of glass transition temperature (T
    g
), acrylic dosing in nucleus, hydromassing monomer dosing and type on the stability of emulsion freeze-thaw was examined. The results showed that when T
    g
was about 20.94 degrees C and the amount of acrylic in the core was 2.5%, the freezing and thawing stability of phenylpropyl emulsion was better, and the effect of different hydrophobic monomers and dosing on the stability of thawing was not great, which also showed that acrylic acid had provided sufficient freeze-thaw stability for emulsion under the system.

high Hardness-resistant acid-alkali water-based alcoholic acid paint preparation
    Excerpt:
with tor oil fatty acids, neo-glycol, trihydroxymethyl propane, phthalates, sodium benzoic acid-5-sulfonate for the original prepared containing different amounts of Malay anhydride self-emulsified alkalic acid resin. Among them, sodium benzoic acid-5-sulfonate is a self-emulsifying agent, Malay anhydride is a hardness and acid-resistant alkaline modifier. The self-emulsified hydroolic acid resin and methyl etherized amino resin were prepared with water-based aleate ammonia paint. The results show that the introduction of Malay acid has greatly improved the hardness and acid resistance of water-based alcoholic acid amino paint.
