    1 Water-based self-drying anti-corrosion coating anti-flash rust research
    abstract: In order to solve the problem of water-based self-drying anti-corrosion coating on cast iron parts prone to flash rust, analysis of the principle of flash rust production, and researched the water-based self-drying anti-corrosion coating formula process film resin, active rust-proof pigments and major functional additives, as well as coating film thickness on the film anti-rust. The results show that: choose fast-drying water-soluble resin system or water-based epoxy resin system, non-ion type and phosphate dispersant, and add solvent assistance, control spray film thickness to improve the system table drying speed, reduce the introduction of ions, The occurrence of flash rust can be avoided, the addition of ordinary zinc phosphate and organic hem compound AR01 as anti-rust pigment, adjust the coating system pH to 9.0 to 9.5, and add the organic zinc chelate type FA-179 as anti-flash rust agent, can effectively blunt cast iron work parts, improve the water-based coating system anti-flash rust.

    2 bone glue in Analysis of bond strength in the repair and reinforcement of ancient large-paint furniture
    Abstract: Bone glue, as a harmless bio-based binder, is often used by traditional restorers in the repair and reinforcement of ancient Chinese large-paint furniture, but due to the different materials to fill the ground floor, the bonding strength of bone glue on it is also differentIn this paper, the bone glue solution with a mass score of 25% is used as the reinforcement material for falling off the paint skin, and the lacquer skin is bonded to the wood side of the attachment material ash, lacquer ash and titanium white powder latex layer to carry out the peeling experiment to test the bonding strength of the osteotic glue on different ground battle layers. The peeling strength test was carried out by mechanical laboratory machine on the paint skin with osteogel as the adhesive, the permeability of osteogel in 3 types of ground war layer and the structure of 3 kinds of ground war layer were micro-observed by SEM, and the gel phenomenon of bone glue on 3 types of ground war layer was observed. The results show that the structure of the ground war layer, the permeability of the osteogel and the gel phenomenon of the osteogel affect its bonding strength. The structure of the material ash battle is rough, which is conducive to the penetration of the osteogel, its gel phenomenon is not obvious, this condition enhances the bonding strength of the osteogel;

    3 Automotive interior anti-scratch sub-black polyurethane coating development
    summary: Summary: In order to solve the problem of poor anti-scratch performance of sub-black PU coating, according to the characteristics and requirements of automotive interior coating, by screening different hydroxypropyl acrylic resins, additives, and rationalized design of each material ratio, and finally adopted a combination of medium hydroxypropylate resin and modified functional resin, and with anti-light powder, magnesium powder, wax powder, wax paste, etc., developed a car interior single-coated sub-black PU coating with good anti-scratch performance. The comprehensive performance of the coating film was tested, and the results showed that the comprehensive performance of the prepared single-coated sub-black PU coating film was excellent, the effect in anti-scratching was ideal, and it was suitable for the promotion and application of paint for automotive interior.

    5 Graphene application progress in anti-corrosion coatings
    Abstract: Graphene on gases and liquids completely through the nature, making it an excellent single-atom thick metal protection film. This paper introduces the structural and property advantages and anti-corrosion mechanism of graphene, summarizes the preparation method of graphene anti-corrosion film in recent years, and the research situation of graphene as a filler in polymer anti-corrosion coating. On this basis, the problems of graphene in corrosion prevention are discussed in detail, including graphene film in the preparation process is prone to defects, graphene can not be evenly dispersed in organic polymers and the production of local microcurrent corrosion when the coating is damaged, and proposed corresponding solutions to the above problems. Finally, the development direction of graphene in the field of anti-corrosion is looked forward.

    6 Status of acrylic emulsion research for glass fiber fabric coating
    Abstract: Glass fiber and its fabrics are widely used in various fields due to their unique properties, especially in the field of construction and transportation. The emulsion coating treatment of glass fiber fabric can improve the strength, fold resistance, alkalinity and bondability of the fabric. This paper reviews the study of acrylic emulsions, which are most commonly used in glass fiber fabric coatings. Firstly, the polymerization process of acrylic emulsion preparation is summarized, including inter-permeable polymer network (IPN), joining, ion bonding, and its preparation technology is summarized, including intermittent method, semi-continuous method and balanced swelling method. Then, the modified methods of acrylic emulsions, such as nanoparticles and silicones, which are commonly used in glass fiber coating, are reviewed, and the modified structure and effect of acrylic coating emulsions are described. Finally, according to the research status of glass fiber fabric coating treatment technology, the existing problems and development prospects are put forward.
