    Abstract: Hydro-cured polyurethane is synthesized in flexible chain segments with polytetehydrofrane ether and polycyclic propane ether, and emulsions are prepared. The effects of the types of polyether soft segments and small molecular chain expanders on emulsion and coating properties, as well as the curing time and the amount of light trigger added on the hardness of coating film were studied. The structure of the resin is indicated by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and the particle size of the emulsion is analyzed by dynamic light scattering (DLS). The results showed that the average particle size of emulsion <65mm>, emulsion after high temperature stability test, centrifugal test, freeze-thaw test and dilution test flocculation rate of <2.6%, with good stability;
