    1. 1 Traditional equipment for coating production
    In the production of coatings, the traditional process (as shown in Figure 1) pre-disperses the slurry with a separate disperser, after full mixing and dispersion, pumps it into the sander, grinds solid particles by the grinder, and stores them in a reserve container. If the fineness of the sanding does not meet the requirements, re-pump into the grinder and grind until the fineness meets the requirements.

    2. 2 Work
    As shown in Figure 3 (2), the grinding part is in the parking position, at which point the grinding part does not come into contact with the material to be dispersed. Grinder rack 19 is not driven in this position. Pre-dispersion is carried out only by rotating the dispersing disk, the height of which can be adjusted to ensure suitable handling conditions. The ideal "doughn'an effect" in pre-dispersion can be achieved. The grinding part does not prevent the circulation of the material to be dispersed (indicated by an arrow) at this time, so that the dispersing disk can be pre-dispersed efficiently and quickly.
    As shown in Figure 3 (3), the two cylinders are air-breathed to push the upper clutch 18 and the lower clutch 20 to engage accurately, thus the dispersed components are driven by the clutch to rotate the grinding part; Grinder frame 19 rotates the lever imperfle 22 relative to the grinding basket 21. The lever imperm 22 makes the grinding bead 23 in motion, thereby grinding the material in the grinding basket.
