new study sheds light on the proliferation, migration and cloning of tymular corneal formation cells and reveals their contribution to the maintenance of the tymulate. The eardrum is located at the bottom of the outer ear channel, separating the outer ear from the middle ear and also assuming the function of sound transmission. It transmits sound from the outer ear channel to the hearing bone chain, which in turn transmits it to the inner ear, which is converted into a nerve signal. The epithelial epithelial is similar to the epithelial part of the body, but because it is located at the blind end of the outer eardrum, it also needs to have the function of removing cell fragments and foreign bodies from the outer eardrum.Tyrenine lesions are very common, such as perforation, contraction, bilibroidoma, tyrenine sclerosis, large herpes meningitis and angular ocular angation, which can lead to hearing loss, chronic infection, dizziness, and, in severe cases, meningitis or death. But people don't know enough about it.Recently, the international academic journal Cell-Stem-Cell published online the research results of aaron D. Tward's team at the University of California, San Francisco, entitled "A Hierarchy of Proliferative and Migratory Keratinocytes Maintenances the Tympanic Membrane", which sheds light on the proliferation, migration and cloning of tympanic keratin formation cells and reveals their contribution to the maintenance of the tympanic membrane. The researchers studied the tymphea using single-cell RNA sequencing, genealogy tracking, whole-organ explantation, and live cell imaging techniques, and found that the tymphea had a discrete growth zone and a 3D structure of multiple formation cell groups compared to the epiders of other sites. The tymal stem cells are scattered in the tymome and produce long-lived cloning and stereotyped ancestral cells (CPs).Using live cell imaging, the researchers clarified patterns of behavior in which tymical corneal formation cells migrate from top to bottom on the tymome, and found that this migration was associated with cell proliferation. Genealogy traces describe the cloning structure of the tymular cornea-forming cells, where CP proliferates around the hammer bone and migrates outward from the tension. This proliferation pattern indicates that there are local signals that promote formation of cell turnover. By screening, the researchers found that Pdgfra signaling in fibroblasts supported the turnover of formation cells in mice and humans. Therefore, Fgf may be part of the signal transducting axis from fibroblasts to cells. In general, CP cloning tends to migrate sideways, and its proliferation capacity is regulated by Pdgfra plus fibroblasts to produce migration. This study reveals the proliferation, migration and cloning of cells in the stable state process, which lays the foundation for understanding the disease of the tymome and modeling the cell biology of horn formation. (Biological Exploration):A Hierarchy of Proliferative and Migratory Keratinocytes Maintains the Tympanic System.
