The concept of the history of plant life

there are an estimated 40, species of plants on the earth, which can be divided into 7, species according to plant morphology, structure and living habits, i.e. algae (algea ), fungi(fungi) , lithologylichens , moss plants (bryophyta ), ferns (pteridophyta ), naked plants(gymnosperm and ceded plants(angiosperm)

。 Among them, algae, fungi, lichens, moss and ferns reproduce with a variety of spores (spore) because they do not flower, so they are called spore plants ( spore plants); Some scholars have classified algae, bacteria and lichens as low
plants(lower plants) , and moss, ferns and seed plants as higher plants, depending on the degree of differentiation of
tissues and organs in plants, the number of cellular compositions of the reproductive organs, and the appearance of embryos in the history of life. Both spore and seed plants undergo growth, development and reproduction through their lifetimes. These two stages follow each other, regularly looping the entire process, called life history (life history ) or life cycle (life cycle ). The life history of spore plants begins with spore germination, grows directly into plants, and finally produces spores, while seed plants begin with seed germination produced by the individuals of the last generation, after the growth of ,differentiation, development into mature plants, and then through the reproductive stage, and finally the process of seed production.。
