Networkto eradicate the effects of Helicobacter pylori on duobial ulcer re-bleeding It is well known that helicobacter pylori (Hp) can reduce the recurrence rate of duobial ulcers. However, it is not clear whether hp eradication reduces the incidence of complications of tional ulcers, such as bleeding. To this end, this paper will explore the link between Hp eradication and hemorrhage rate of hemorrhage of healing ulcers.1 objects and methods 1.1 objects 72 patients of which 40 cases of men, 32 cases of women, age 19 to 60 years old, average age 37 years old, are confirmed by gastroscope for the recent bleeding of 12 finger intestine ulcers (brown-black blood clots under the gastroscope, blood clot attachment and visible blood vessels). There were no significant differences in sex, age, medical history and ulcer size between the two groups. Both groups were taken 20 mg of omeprazole orthopedic, twice daily, while the treatment group was treated with hydroxy-pyrotone toxin 1.0g, 2 times a day, for 2 weeks. All patients received gastroscopy and HP review 4 weeks after the end of treatment. When the rapid urea enzyme test had tissue-sliced Warthin-Starry silver-stained HP negative, it was determined to be Hp eradication. Follow-up observation 1a was observed in two groups of patients with ulcer healing, and no anti-ulcer anti-hp drugs were taken during follow-up. When the patient has upper abdominal discomfort, vomiting blood or black stools and other hints of ulcer recurrence or bleeding symptoms, timely gastroscopy, confirmed that there is a recurrence of ulcers or bleeding after the cessation of follow-up. 1a The patient is reviewed with a final gastroscopy after follow-up.

test.2 Resultsgastric glasses confirmed that there was no significant difference in ulcer healing rates between the two groups of patients 4 weeks after the end of treatment. No serious adverse reactions were seen during treatment, only 2 cases of mild rash and fatigue appeared in the treatment group, and only 1 case of nausea and mild constipation appeared in the control group. There was no significant difference in the occurrence of side effects between the two groups, and neither affected treatment. Hp eradication rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group <0.05). During 1a follow-up, the recurrence rate and re-bleeding rate of ulcers in the treatment group were significantly lower than in the control group (P<0.05). Hp infection in patients with relapsed or re-bleeding ulcers was not eradicated, either in the treatment or control groups. 1 case of 1 case of re-bleeding in the treatment group occurred in the 16th week of follow-up, and 9 cases of 9 cases of re-bleeding in the control group occurred in the 14th to 49th week of follow-up. Patients with ulcer recurrence or rehemortation were cured by conservative medical treatment (Table 1).1 Comparison of treatment results and follow-up results of two groups of patientsindicatorstreatment group (n=36)control group (n=36) n % n %ulcer healing 35 97.

Between 10% and 15% of patients can haemorrhage as the first symptom of ulcer disease. In recent years, with the development of new treatments, especially endoscopic hemorrhage techniques, the near-term efficacy of ulcer bleeding has been satisfactory, but about 1/3 of patients still haemorrhage within one to three years after the first haemorrhage. There are a large number of studies showing that Hp is closely related to duopathic ulcers, about 80% to 100% of patients with duoon ulcers have HP infection in the body, the eradication of HP can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of duoon ulcers. This study confirms that the eradication of HP can not only significantly reduce the recurrence rate of duobenos, but also significantly reduce the recurrence of duoon ulcer complications - re-occurrence of bleeding, so it can have a positive impact on the long-term efficacy of hemorrhage of duo finger ulcers. The study also found that hp infection was not eradicated in patients with ulcer recurrence or re-bleeding, and hp eradication patients did not see ulcer recurrence or re-bleeding. We believe that hp-positive patients with hemorrhage of duoon ulcers should actively eradicate Hp treatment in order to reduce ulcer recurrence or re-bleeding. direction Xie Swearing Hong Xiong Bifang Wuhan City, Hubei Province, three hospital internal
