Eurasian Economic Commission regulations official website September 27 news: On September 27, 2022, the Eurasian Economic Commission issued the "Milk and Dairy Product Safety" technical regulations amendment, the definition, sensory and physical and chemical indicators, labeling and other requirements of some products have been revised, the main contents include:

-- Definition Revision: Restored milk, cream-containing ice cream, lumpy curd, whey powder, etc.

-- Revision of sensory indicators: liquid milk, restored milk, etc.
;

-- Revision of physical and chemical indicators: liquid milk, including sterilized milk, fermented dairy products, fermented dairy products produced with water, yogurt, whey powder, instant milk powder mixture, instant beverages, etc.
;

-- Revision of microbial limit indicators: Bottled and canned milk that has been heat-treated and pasteurized at least, whey and buttermilk bottled and canned milk, milk with a shelf life of more than 72 hours, etc

In addition, the amendment also adjusts the way the product names of milk and dairy products are expressed: the description of the production method of the product, the characteristics of the ingredients of the raw materials and the use of fermented microorganisms can be added to the following point
