Combined with the notice mentioned in the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission’s notice, the National Supervision Team conducted on-site supervision and unannounced visits, and found problems, which basically confirmed these rumors

Article 16 of the document at the beginning of last year pointed out: Adhere to the public welfare of public medical institutions pharmacies, public medical institutions shall not contract or lease pharmacies, shall not trust pharmacies to profit-making enterprises, and shall not open for-profit pharmacies in any form
