According to the “Notice of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Issues Concerning Unemployment Insurance Support for Insured Workers to Improve their Vocational Skills”, since January 1, 2017, they will participate in unemployment insurance in accordance with the law and have paid unemployment insurance premiums for more than 36 months (including 36 months).

According to the requirements, the standards for skill upgrading subsidies are comprehensively determined by the provincial human resources and social security departments and financial departments based on local unemployment insurance fund operation, vocational skills training, identification fee standards and other factors, and adjusted in due course.

The subsidy standard should be different according to the vocational qualification certificate or vocational skill level certificate obtained.

One thing to note is that the subsidy requires employees to apply for skills upgrading subsidies at the unemployment insurance agency in the place where their unemployment insurance is insured within 12 months from the issuance of the vocational qualification certificate or vocational skill level certificate.

Starting this month, the new regulations for the licensed pharmacist exam are coming

In order to further standardize professional and technical personnel vocational qualification examination work and improve the qualification examination management and service level, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and rules, the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security recently formulated and issued the "Professional and Technical Personnel Vocational Qualification Examination "Examination Service Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulations").

The "Regulations" will come into effect on April 1, 2021, that is to say, candidates who apply for a licensed pharmacist this year will perform the examination in accordance with the new regulations.

At the same time, the "Regulations" also pointed out that the notification and commitment system shall be implemented for the examination registration certification matters.

Applicants should fill in the information accurately and completely during the registration process, and promise in writing (including electronic text) that they have been informed of the notifications, have met the relevant application conditions, are willing to bear the legal responsibility for false promises, and the meaning of the promises is true.
