In May 2022, the research group of Li Liangchun, an associate researcher of the Natural Products Team of the School of Life Science and Technology, published a paper entitled "A multifunctionnal fluorescent probe based on octupolar co"njugated merocyanine dyes for the rapid and sensitive detection of copper(II) and nitrite in aquaculture water and food samples", Xie Li, a postgraduate student of food processing and safety in our school, is the first author of the paper, and associate researcher Li Liangchun is the corresponding auth.

Fluorescent probe technology has been widely used in biological, environmental and food safety detection due to its advantages of high selectivity, high sensitivity, and rapid respon.
