Since June last year, Qineng Dian Aluminum and Aluminum Branch has implemented energy-saving technological transformations on air compressors and circulating water projects.
The project is a joint cooperation between Qineng Dian Aluminum and Aluminum Branch and the energy-saving company Xi’an Green Energy Power Technology Co.
The energy-saving scientific research project aims to explore the energy-saving and consumption-reducing space of the air compressor and circulating water equipment of the aluminum branch
.
The project passed the on-site inspection and acceptance on December 30 last year through the implementation of technical transformations on pump efficiency, air compressor configuration, pipeline control valves, and energy-saving nozzles for electrolysis gas pipes
.
It was officially put into operation on January and January this year .
According to the statistics of the first three quarters of this year, compared with the data of the same period before the transformation, the electricity has been saved by 10667127.
24KWh.
Among them, the circulating water saves electricity by 3510895.
54KWh, which is about 40% of electricity saved year-on-year, and the air compressor saves electricity by 7156231.
