The circular requires all localities to adhere to the principle of public welfare, reduce the price of implant implantation fees, crown insertion fees, bone graft surgery fees and other prices in public medical institutions, and then play a reference role in the market, and guide private medical institutions to formulate reasonable prices
in accordance with the law of competition and the expectations of the masses.
The notice makes it clear that projects with high technical difficulties and high risks, such as full arch restoration implants, craniomaxillofacial implants, and complex bone grafts, allow an appropriate gap
with the price of conventional implant surgery.
The price of medical services for other methods of missing teeth such as fixed dentures and removable dentures remains relatively stable, and medical institutions are encouraged to give priority to providing patients with appropriate missing teeth restoration services

Tooth extraction, periodontal cleaning, dental filling and other projects based on technical labor services, the historical price is low can be appropriately increased

According to the requirements of the notice, after the results of implant collection and crown bidding are generated, the provincial medical security departments will further formulate and disclose the price control targets of the whole process of implant implants in their respective regions (including implants, crowns and medical services).

According to reports, the treatment measures for the prices of implants, crowns, medical services and other prices will be implemented
in various provinces from December 2022 to March 2023.
