The second batch of provincial centralized procurement results in Fujian Province announced the successful bidding of 33 varieties

On May 19, the Joint Procurement Center for Pharmaceuticals and Devices of Fujian Province announced the selection results of the "Fujian Province Drug Centralized Procurement Documents" (Procurement Document Number: FJ-YPDL2021-1).

The final selection results showed that 33 varieties produced winning results, and 7 varieties fell into the mark.

On March 17, the Fujian Medical Insurance Bureau issued a notice on publicly soliciting opinions on the "Fujian Province Drug Centralized Purchase Document (Consultation Draft)", and decided to launch the second batch of provincial-level drug centralized purchases, involving 40 major varieties .

Fujian’s current round of volume procurement mainly adopts the grouping rule, which divides the varieties with the same generic name into two groups A and B according to the relevant qualifications-Group A is the original research drug, the reference preparation, and the quality of the generic drug passed (including deemed passed) Drugs evaluated for consistency with efficacy, generic drugs approved by the new registration classification, drugs included in the "China Listed Drug Catalogue", and drugs certified by the FDA.

The agreed purchase volume of each category A and B is grouped and determined according to 70% of the pre-purchasing volume reported by the public medical institutions (including the Fujian army, the armed police medical institution, and the army medicinal material supply station) of the province.

Fujian Province distinguishes between group A and group B bidding on the winning selection rules, and bids once.

(1) The group with the lowest quotation and the reduction rate that meets one of the following three conditions will be selected, and 100% of the agreed purchase amount will be given to this group: ①The reduction rate is from high to low and ranks in the top 50% of all groups (in case of indivisible division, the whole number is reserved ); ② Reach the drop rate of the other group of the same generic name (three or more groups); ③ Reach 50% of the average drop rate of the three or more groups in all groups.

(2) The group with the lowest quotation and the decrease rate meets one of the following two conditions to be selected, and the group will be given 50% of the agreed purchase volume: ①The decrease rate reaches 25% of the average decrease rate of the three and above groups in all groups; ②The absolute decrease rate reaches 10%.
