The reporter visited a state-owned central grain depot in Wuhan and found that its quasi-low temperature renovation work has been completed, the roof and walls are sprayed with thermal insulation materials, ordinary doors and windows are changed to airtight thermal insulation warehouse doors and warehouse windows, the warehouse is equipped with air conditioners, and the management of personnel entering and leaving the warehouse has been strengthened.

According to reports, the quasi-low temperature transformation is mainly to carry out targeted waterproof, moisture-proof, thermal insulation and air-tight transformation of the walls, roofs, doors and windows of the existing granary, and use the cold source to keep the temperature of the grain in the warehouse below 25 ℃

Since 2018, the Grain Bureau of Hubei Province has issued the "Implementation Plan for the Construction and Reconstruction of Quasi-low Temperature (Low-Temperature) Warehouses in Hubei Province".
