With the improvement of living standards, people's awareness of the living environment, especially the awareness of food safety, is constantly increasing.
Recently, the team of Professor Li Shaoxiang of the School of Environment has developed a variety of foodmate.
The article uses chitosan as the basic structural unit to construct an antibacterial agent with high antibacterial properties, anti-oxidation properties and low cytotoxicity, and builds food packaging materials with high antibacterial properties and degradability accordingly.
