    Recently, the team of Professor Yue Tianli from the School of Food Science and Engineering of Northwest A&F University has made new progress in the research field of Tibetan Saussurea bacteria and its fermented milk to improve colon cancer by adjusting the intestinal flora, and has achieved innovation in this field.

    In this study, metagenomics methods were used to reveal the microbial structure, probiotic species and functional genes of Tibet Saussurea spp.

    KEGG analysis showed that ko01501 (β-lactam resistance) is the most abundant pathway among human disease-related pathways, and its mechanism is mainly related to the promotion of hydrolytic degradation and peptidoglycan biosynthesis
