    In response to the above-mentioned needs for rapid nucleic acid detection, researcher Yin Huancai, who has long focused on high-sensitivity molecular diagnostic technology, combined with researcher Ma Fuqiang and related scientific research forces, and with the support of the self-deployed project of Suzhou Institute of Medical Technology, launched a loop-mediated isothermal amplification ( LAMP ) technology ( Loop-mediated isothermal amplification ).


    In the next step, the team will further explore LAMP and related industrial technologies, aiming at product realization, promoting the improvement of core technical indicators such as sensitivity, conducting clinical trials and registration and certification, in order to develop a series of isothermal amplification products with independent intellectual property rights.
