The nameProtein
is composed of
amino acids
and there are some dissolued foundations in the side chain, such as valleys, in addition to the free amino and nirium at both ends of the molecule. γ and β-methane in amino acids, γ and β-amino acid residues, ε-aminos in lysine residues, arginine residues and methane-based histamines. As a charged particle, it can move in an electric field, depending on the charge charge on the protein molecules. The charge of protein particles in the solution depends not only on the content of alkaline and acidic amino acids in its molecular composition, but also on the pH of the solution in which it is found. When the protein solution is at a certain pH, the protein frees into positive and negative ions with equal tendencies, i.e. becomes a conjoined ion (zwitterion, net charge is O), at which point the pH of the solution is called the isoectric point of the protein (isoelectric point, short-form pI). Protein particles at isoelectrelectrelies do not move in the electric field. The pH of the protein solution is greater than the isoelectrelectride, and the protein particles have a negative charge and, conversely, a positive charge.
protein molecules have their own isoelectric points because they contain different numbers of alkaline and acidic amino acids.where alkaline amino acid content is more protein, isoelectric point on the alkaline, such as histoprotein, sperm protein and so on. On the other way, where the acid amino acid content of proteins, isoelectric points are partially acidic, many proteins in the human body fluids areoelectric points in pH5.0 or so, so in the body fluids in the form of negative ions.
