Three departments jointly issue a document: listing the compound preparation containing oxycodone and other varieties into the administration of psychotropic drugs

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the regulations on the administration of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, the State Drug Administration, the Ministry of public security and the national health and Health Commission decided to list the compound preparations containing oxycodone in the administration of psychotropic substances It is hereby announced as follows: 1 The compound preparations containing more than 5 mg of oxycodone per unit dose of oral solid preparations and containing no other narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs or drug precursor chemicals are listed in the first category of psychotropic drug administration; 2、 The oral solid preparations containing no more than 5 mg of oxycodone per unit dose, and no other narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs or drug-based precursor chemicals are included in the second category of psychotropic drug management; third, buprenorphine and naloxone are included in the second category of psychotropic drug management This announcement shall come into force on September 1, 2019 It is hereby announced National Drug Administration, Ministry of public security, national health and Health Commission, July 11, 2019
