Faced with a huge amount of detection, the traditional detection methods in the detection time, instrument use, labor costs have a greater consumption.It is understood that the new detection method can detect benzene and ether substances in the coating at the same time, using the gas chromatography test sample equipped with hydrogen flame ion detector, to obtain the detection map, through the map area calculation of the content of benzene and ether substances in the sample. Compared with the traditional method, this method has the advantages of saving human and material cost, high recovery rate and small deviation from the standard., the method has been applied in Tianjin port import and export paint testing, detection efficiency has been greatly improved.
