　　In accordance with the " Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China " and " Food Safety Sampling Inspection Management Measures", the relevant information of the food safety supervision and sampling inspection carried out by our committee is now announced as follows:

 

　　The supervision and sampling information involving six major categories of food, including: catering food, roasted food and Caine fruit products , canned food , food processed products, edible oils , fats and their products and spices , a total of 117 lots, of which 115 batches of qualified , 2 batches of unqualified, this sampling pass rate is 98.

For the unqualified samples found in the above-mentioned random inspections, the Commission has requested the relevant district market supervision administrations and law enforcement agencies to promptly investigate and deal with unqualified foods and their operators in accordance with the law, and further urge enterprises to fulfill their main responsibility for food safety, and take practical measures to remove them from shelves and recall them.
