Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Commission No. 38 Food Safety Supervision Sampling Inspection Information in 2021

In accordance with the " Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China " and " Food Safety Sampling Inspection Management Measures" and other regulations, the relevant information of the food safety supervision and sampling inspection carried out by our committee is now announced as follows:

 

The supervision and sampling information involved 2 major categories of food, including: edible agricultural products and condiments , a total of 241 batches, of which 239 batches were qualified and 2 batches were unqualified.
The qualified rate of this random inspection was 99.

For the unqualified samples found in the above-mentioned random inspections, the Commission has requested the relevant district market supervision administrations and law enforcement agencies to promptly investigate and deal with unqualified foods and their producers and operators in accordance with the law, and further urge enterprises to fulfill their main responsibility for food safety, and take practical steps to remove them from the shelves.
Recall and other measures to control risks, and record relevant information in the food safety credit records of food producers and operators
