Global Coatings Network News: Recently, Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of chemical parks to be recognized, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other ministries and commissions "Chemical Park Construction Standards and Identification Management Measures (Trial)" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Lianyuan [2021] No.
220), "Tianjin Chemical Park Certification Scoring Standards (2022 Edition)" and related normative standards, after the park's self-assessment, district-level preliminary review, municipal expert review, and municipal relevant departments to determine, it is planned to recognize "Nangang Industrial Park and Dagang Petrochemical Industrial Park" as chemical parks
。

On December 14, 2022, Tianjin issued the scoring standards for the identification of Tianjin Chemical Industry Park (2022 edition).

According to the scoring standards, if the chemical park has any of the following circumstances, it is directly judged that it has not passed the certification
of the chemical park.

  There is no clear management organization
  in the park.

  There is no clear four-to-four range or the external safety protection distance of the chemical park does not meet the standard requirements

• 3.
  Failure to carry out planning environmental impact assessment and overall safety risk assessment
  in accordance with the law.

  Site selection in earthquake faults, ecological protection red lines, permanent basic farmland, nature reserves, drinking water source protection areas and other environmentally sensitive areas and other areas.
  

• 5.
  The chemical park has not formulated a catalogue of "prohibition, restriction and control" of hazardous chemicals, and has not specified the safe access conditions
  for chemical projects.
  

• 6.
  The internal layout of the chemical park is unreasonable, and there are major risks superimposed or out of control
  between enterprises.
  

• 7.
  The total score of the certification of the chemical park does not reach 70 points, or the total score of the review does not reach 80 points
