    Test Method

    the experiment, the FSP2668 has the following characteristics:
    01 low viscosity
    control the viscosity of UV soft printing ink is very important for the successful completion of printing work. UV flexo ink viscosity is too high, in high-speed printing will appear ink accumulation and splash ink phenomenon. UV flexo ink viscosity is too low, ink easy paste version and poor transfer problems. UV flexo ink requirements are usually between 300-1,500cps, FSP2668 at 25 degrees C viscosity at about 200cps, but also have better fluidity and color display.
    02 curing speed
    FSP2668 resin in the light curing energy of 200-500mJ/cm2 conditions, whether it is varnish colorless transparent system, or add colored ink system, have a better drying speed.
    03 pigment wetting and fluidity
    FSP2668's viscosity performance at room temperature is close to that of Newtonian fluids. By adding 10-30% of the organic pigments to the resin system for grinding and proofing, it is proved that FSP2668 pairs of four-color pigments have better wetting dispersion, especially for the grinding of organic red and organic yellow pigments play a very good role in promoting.
    04 Toughness
    in transparent varnish systems, FSP2668 curing contractions are small. It not only has good toughness, but also shows good rigidity and is suitable for applications requiring scratch and bend resistance.
    05 coloring force and gloss
    reasonable coloring force is achieved by the pigment ratio in the ink. FSP2668 in a number of different formulation tests, have shown good coloring force, the finished product bright, gloss on the gold and silver paper jam for about 200 degrees.
