    On the evening of February 16, Puli Pharmaceuticals recently received the marketing authorization of vancomycin hydrochloride 500mg for injection issued by the Ministry of Health of Costa Rica


    Vancomycin hydrochloride is used to treat serious infections caused by susceptible strains of methicillin-resistant (beta-lactam) staphylococci


    In addition, vancomycin was first isolated from soil and developed by Eli Lilly, which was approved by the FDA in 1958
