Vietnam tests the export of boxed clam meat to the EU market

Vietnam’s "Agricultural News" reported on November 22 that Vietnam successfully exported the first batch of 200,000 boxes of boxed clam meat to the EU market that morning .
This batch of boxed clam meat was an order from Vietnam’s Lenger Aquatic Products Co.
, Ltd.
to export to the Spanish market.
According to the order requirements, the company will deliver a total of 10 containers of 2 million boxes of boxed clam meat by 2022 .

In an interview, Tran Ting Lun, Director of the Directorate General of Fisheries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, said in an interview that Vietnamese companies are exporting boxed clam meat to the EU market by enjoying the policy dividends brought by the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA), and they are breeding and processing them.
The production process is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the International Aquaculture Regulatory Commission (ASC), which can ensure that the products exported to the European Union meet the stringent requirements of the market

At the same time, by mastering the production technology of boxed clam meat, enterprises can more actively and flexibly carry out the production, processing and export of such products during the epidemic
