    Cyanate (CE) resin usually refers to a binary phenol derivative containing 2 or more cyanate hydromeric groups, which, under the action of heat or catalyst, occurs a cyclic trijuminal reaction to form a large molecule containing a highly cross-linked network structure of the triglyceride ring. CE resin curing after low shrinkage, low moisture absorption, good electrical performance, with excellent bondability, good flame retardant, low smoke and ablation properties, glass transformation temperature is higher. CE resin also has excellent mechanical properties, its bending strength is higher than the double-phenolic group epoxy resin (EP), bending module between the double Malayamide (BMI) resin and multi-official group EP. A small amount of hydroxyl energy present in epoxy resin can catalycify the tripolyceride reaction of cyanate; In the process of curing reaction, it is thought that first CE self-amerses to form a tricycline cross-linking network, and then EP occurs ermeretic or EP reacts with residual CE. It is also thought that the CE/EP reaction system is umazole ketone is produced by ep and triamcinolone ring reaction, and then umazole is heterogeneous. The CE/EP system was catalyticly cured using traditional CE curing catalysts (e.g. transition metal salt and pyrethrol systems) and it was found that these catalysts only acted on CE's trijudant ring reaction and were not active on EPs. M.D. Martin et al. have studied the mixture of CE resin and four-function energy EP, and the main reaction of the curing process is the tri-polypulation of CE and the generation of alkyl isocyanate, which is formed only when the isochemical ratio and contain excessive EP. The use of EP modified CE resin is a good way to reduce the application cost of CE tree moon and further improve its performance. The co-fusion reaction between CE and EP is very complex, and most of the current research and future work is still focused on the in-depth study of its curing reaction structure.
