    Causes of deterioration

    1. The water content of the filler for production is too high;
    2. The production operation process (including feeding sequence, reaction temperature and time, etc.

      1. The raw material specifications must meet the formula and process requirements, and the moisture content of the filler must be strictly controlled;
      2. Produce in strict accordance with the process conditions, the order of feeding, reaction temperature and time are controlled within the specified range;
      3. Do a good job in product packaging management and control of storage conditions.

        The reasons are:

        1. The paint packaging barrel is not tightly sealed or the packaging barrel has blisters;
        2. The catalyst is used improperly or excessively.

          1. Use suitable catalysts in production and strictly control the amount of catalysts;
          2. The paint packaging barrel should be tightly sealed to prevent air from entering;
          3. Anti-skinning agents butanone oxime, cyclohexanone oxime, etc.

            The reasons are:

            1. The coating viscosity is small, the amount of diluent is too large, and the resin content is small;
            2. The relative density of the pigment is large, and the particles are too coarse;
            3. Pigment wettability is poor;
            4. Storage time is too long.

              1. Add an appropriate amount of organic bentonite and other anti-settling agents commonly used in coatings;
              2. Improve the fineness of pigments and add suitable pigments, fillers, wetting agents;
              3. During the storage process, the paint bucket should be placed upside down or horizontally, and the paint should be stirred evenly before use and should be used within the specified time.

                1. The construction viscosity is too low;
                2. A solvent with too fast or too slow volatility was selected.

                  1. Appropriately increase the amount of thickener;
                  2. Control suitable construction viscosity;
                  3. The best construction environment temperature is (20~30)℃;
                  4. The coating film should not be too thick for one application, preferably not more than 0.
                    5mm;
                  5. Adjust the volatilization speed of the thinner, and pay attention to the combination of the volatilization speed and the slow solvent.
