5, mixer use load should not be too large, generally to the motor load to determine, with 380V motor in the mixing of heavy current, to no more than 6 amperes as normal, if the load should be reduced immediately mixing capacity.
6, stirring oars at both ends of the shaft seal should be kept clean, so as not to cause the material blackened, bad, mixed groove at both ends of the outer gear left square holes, should be smooth, do not make it blocked, so as not to play a counter-pressure effect, so that dirt seeps into the shaft, so that the material in the groove blackened, defaced.
7, operators must be familiar with the technical performance of slot mixer, internal construction, control structure of the principle of use.
8, during the operation shall not leave the workplace, to prevent failure and damage to the machine parts, to ensure safe production as a prerequisite.
9, regular inspection of the machine parts, 1-2 times a month, check the project for snail wheels, worms, bearings, shaft seals and other active parts of the rotation flexibility and wear, found defects should be repaired in a timely manner, so that the slot mixer can be used normally.
10, machine parts lubrication: the lubrication of the decelerator is oil-immersed, its oil storage must be kept on the oil mark line, the oil quality must be kept clean.
if regular use should be every three months to change the new oil, replacement should be removed and cleaned, add new oil.
11, slot mixer electrical control parts, should be kept clean, sensitive, found that the fault should be repaired in a timely manner.
12, once used or stopped, remove the remaining material in the mixing tank and brush the remaining powder from all parts of the machine.
