Open the induced fan, blower and steam pipe heating valve, the system produces hot air, preheats the drying system, and observes whether there is a leakage of air at each connection, if there is a leakage of air, it is tightened
in time.
After meeting the preheating requirements (hot air inlet temperature is about 130 °C), adjust the valves of each air inlet to make the drying system in the air volume and temperature state
of normal operation.
3, open the vibration motor, observe whether the vibration of the box and the bed is stable, if there is an unstable phenomenon, the vibration motor should be turned off immediately to find out the cause

4, the beginning of feeding, should be observed at any time to add the situation, the material should be even, quantitative into the vibration fluidized bed dryer inlet

Observe whether the product discharge from the outlet of the vibration fluidized bed dryer is uniform, and check the moisture content and output
of the product regularly.

Regularly open the closed air conditioner at the outlet of the cyclone dust collector

When the drying system stops working, the feeding should be stopped first, and when the dryer outlet is no longer discharged, the vibration motor power supply can be cut off to make the vibration fluidized bed dryer stop working; Then close the steam pipeline valve, no longer produce hot air (refer to its corresponding instructions when using other heat sources), so that the drying system gradually cools; Later, turn off the power to the blower and other motors, at which point the entire drying system stops working
