Yuan Wenke, Special Research Assistant of Wuhan Botanical Garden, used a combination of watershed survey and microplastics community analysis to explore the source, migration and fate of microplastics in the Yangtze River Basin, and put forward policy recommendations and research prospects to help better repair Microplastic pollution in the river system
