According to the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Xianning Municipal Administration for Market Supervision recently organized supervision and sampling inspection of 43 batches of biscuits, catering foods, starch and starch products, condiments, convenience foods, pastries, grain processing products, dairy products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, potatoes and puffed foods, quick-frozen foods and beverages
.
40 batches of qualified samples and 3 batches of unqualified samples were sampled (see attachment for testing items).

The details are summarized as follows:

I.
General situation:

7 batches of catering food, 3 batches of unqualified; 3 batches of pastries, 2 batches of biscuits, 3 batches of starch and starch products, 4 batches of condiments, 1 batch of convenience food, 5 batches of grain processing products, 6 batches of dairy products, 5 batches of edible oil, grease and their products, 2 batches of potatoes and puffed food, 1 batch of quick-frozen food, and 4 batches of beverages were not detected as unqualified batches (see the annex for specific information).

Second, the situation of unqualified products is as follows:

(1) The dinner plate (self-disinfection) used by the *** school in Jiayu County (date of use: 2022-09-22), the detection value of anionic synthetic detergent (based on sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate) is 0.
