According to the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Xianning Market Supervision and Administration Bureau recently organized supervision and sampling inspection
of 115 batches of catering food, condiments, meat products, edible oil, grease and their products, aquatic products and beverages in Xianning City.
There were 112 batches of qualified samples and 3 batches of unqualified samples (see attachment for testing items).

The details are summarized below:

Overall situation: 46 batches of catering food, 2 batches of unqualified; 38 batches of beverages, 1 batch of unqualified; 10 batches of condiments, 6 batches of meat products, 5 batches of edible oil, grease and their products, and 10 batches of aquatic products were not detected as unqualified batches (see attachment for details)

The situation of unqualified products is as follows:

Zhonghe Tianxia packaged drinking water produced by Tongshan County and Tianxia Beverage Factory (production date/batch number: 2022-07-04), the coliform detection value is <1; ＜1；＜1； 3;7 CFU/mL, the standard specifies n=5, c=0, m=0 CFU/mL; The detection value of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 25; 0；0； 0; 9CFU/mL, the standard specifies n=5, c=0, m=0 CFU/mL<b10>.

Xian An Dongting breakfast restaurant processing/homemade small steamed buns (processing / homemade date: 2022-07-08), the detection value of sodium saccharin (in terms of saccharin) is 0.
