Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision Administration Food Safety Supervision and Inspection Information Notice (No. 22 of 2020) No. 66 of 2020

Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration organized sampling of 416 batches of 7 food products, including dairy products, beverages, alcohol, pastries, food additives, salt and cooking oil, oil and its products.
inspection and determination in accordance with national standards for food safety, of which 405 batches of qualified samples and 11 batches of non-conforming samples were sampled (see annex).
non-conforming food related to microbial pollution, quality indicators and over-range, over-limited use of food additives and other indicators.
specific situation notice is as follows: First, microbial pollution problems (1) Changji City Zhengji Jinmair food factory production of blueberry bread, the total number of fallings does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(2) Naerfen plant beverages produced at the Saiho Nutritional Food Processing Plant in Yining City, yeast does not meet the national standards for food safety.

, quality indicators (i) Turpan City Tianlu Winery Co., Ltd. production of redsteamed wine, methanol does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(2) Yili River wine produced by Xinjiang Yili River Wine Co., Ltd., the alcohol level does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(iii) Aksu Shenquan Liquor Co., Ltd. production of light lotus wine, alcohol level does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(4) Aksu Shenquan Liquor Co., Ltd. produced a pot of old wine, by the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Research Institute inspection found that the alcohol level does not meet the national standards for food safety.
, Aksu Shenquan Liquor Co., Ltd. objected to the inspection results and applied for a re-inspection;
3, over-range, over-limited use of food additives (i) Xinjiang Urumqi City, China Dajiarui Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. produced 2 batches of sea buckthorn fruit pulp (production dates are 2020-04-02 and 2020-04-08), respectively, are benzoic acid and its sodium salts (in benzoic acid) do not meet the national standards for food safety.

(ii) Xinjiang Bairkut Food Co., Ltd. produced solid-grain clear-European cake and solid-grain soft cake 2 batches of samples, respectively, aluminum residue (dry sample, in Al) and aluminum residue (dry sample, in Al), preservatives mixed use of the proportion of their maximum use of the proportion of the total does not meet the national standards for food safety.

For non-conforming food found in the sampling, the Market Supervision Administration of the Autonomous Region has tasked the relevant local (state or city) market regulatory authorities to immediately organize the disposal work, ascension of product flow, take measures such as recalling unqualified products from the next rack to control risks;
