Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized a service activity of " you order me to check" , sampling 320 batches of samples of four categories of food : condiments , catering food , edible agricultural products , and edible oil , grease and their products .
According to the inspection and judgment of the national food safety standards , there are 312 batches of qualified samples and 8 batches of unqualified samples for the sampling inspection items (see attachment) .
The main problems found are microbial contamination, excessive use of food additives and residues of pesticides and veterinary drugs:

The problem of microbial contamination
