    On September 3, 2021, the international academic journal Nucleic Acids Research published online a research paper entitled "Orthogonal CRISPR-associated transposases for parallel and multiplexed chromosomal integration" completed by the Yang Sheng research group of the Center for Excellence in Molecular Plant Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences

    This study further unearthed the seventh type of CAST derived from Pseudoalteromonas translucida KMM520 (Pseudoalteromonas translucida KMM520), called PtrCAST
