On April 22, 2022, the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) published online the latest research progress of Professor Yao Jing's group from the School of Life Sciences, Wuhan University.

Known as the "living fossil", the scorpion has an evolutionary history of 440 million years, is widely distributed on the earth, and has survived through various extreme environmental changes
