Yongqing Environmental has made another move in its solid and hazardous waste disposal business

On April 13, Yongqing Environmental Protection announced that the company intends to acquire 70% of Jiangsu Kangbo Industrial Solid Waste Disposal Co.
, Ltd.
(abbreviated as Kangbo Solid Waste) for 595 million yuan in cash

The announcement shows that Kangbo solid waste is a large and mature operating single incineration enterprise in China, with an annual disposal capacity of 38,000 tons/year.
The economic development zone of Changshu City is a national industrial park.
Pharmaceuticals, automobiles and other hazardous waste generation companies are the mainstays, with unique location advantages for industrial development, and the production capacity utilization rate has been maintained at more than 90% all year round
