In order to strengthen the quality and safety supervision of soy sauce, improve the quality level of soy sauce, and ensure food safety , Ganzhou City recently conducted a special inspection on a soy sauce production enterprise within its jurisdiction in Ganzhou Duxian Market Supervision Administration .

Law enforcement officers focused on the inspection of the enterprise's implementation standards, brewing process, process cycle, fermentation facilities and equipment, procurement of raw and auxiliary materials, product ex-factory inspection, food additive use management, and product identification and labeling
