Global Coatings Network News: Since the launch of Shouguang City's safety production inspection and rectification action, Taitou Town has attached great importance to it, through grid management, one by one screening, and severely cracking down on all kinds of illegal production activities.
On March 5, the Taitou Town Park Office, in conjunction with the Shouguang City Emergency Law Enforcement Squadron and the Taitou Town Market Supervision Office, seized and banned three “scattered and polluted” enterprises including Fuhong Waterproofing and Yunnan Yupike Waterproofing according to law.
The on-site inspection by law enforcement officers found that the three companies, including Fuhong and Yubeike, had incomplete production and operation procedures, inadequate environmental protection equipment and facilities, and major fire safety hazards, which were typical "scattered and polluted" enterprises.
According to relevant laws and regulations, law enforcement officers explained the policy basis to the person in charge of the enterprise on the spot, pointed out hidden problems, checked the production equipment, raw materials, and products, and posted seals to ban them.
The whole process of law enforcement is videotaped to ensure openness and transparency.
In the next step, Taitou Town will continue to carry out safety production inspections and rectification actions, make full use of grid management, and further increase safety and environmental protection supervision, inspection and law enforcement through day and night inspections, joint law enforcement, key investigations, and dynamic supervision.
