    On April 24, 2021, the 7th Symposium on Application and Development Trends of New Organic Nitrogen Sources was held in Yichang, Hubei.
    Shi Weichen, part-time vice chairman of China National Light Industry Council and honorary chairman of China Bio-Fermentation Industry Association, and Chen Jian, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Nearly 400 experts from the national fermentation industry participated in this conference.
    This conference was supported by China Bio-Fermentation Industry Association and hosted by Angel Yeast Co.

    The theme of this seminar is "Create Nitrogen Sources and Improve Efficiency".
    Professor Zhang Heping from Inner Mongolia Agricultural University gave a report entitled "Development Trends and Industrialization of Probiotics".
    Since the COVID-19 outbreak last year, global consumers have paid more attention to nutrition and health, and the probiotic industry has become a hot spot.
    As an authoritative expert in the field of probiotics, Professor Zhang Heping, the content of the report has guiding significance for the development of the entire probiotics industry.
    The report introduced the development of probiotics, the development of live bacteria drugs based on the human health microbiome, the technology of constructing a platform for accurate probiotic screening and visual prediction based on artificial intelligence, and introduced several probiotics screened based on this technology.
    The report also introduced the relevant technologies involved in the industrialization of probiotics, including fermentation optimization and control, and bacterial powder drying technology.
    Combining with the theme of the conference “Creation of Nitrogen Sources and Improving Efficiency”, Professor Zhang said: In terms of technology integration and industrialization, it is very important to establish strain-based growth kinetic monitoring to achieve multi-dimensional precision control, including industrial-scale production and static control.
